These men we call Founding Fathers were insurrectionists, treasonous, and disobedient to the Tyrannical Crown and the political class of the day. They held the power to make laws by telling the people their own virtues of what was right or wrong.
In the proper context, the Founding Fathers were radicals of the day and were classified as “criminals” and domestic terrorists. They wore the title as a badge of honor.
Right and wrong were based on what? Think about it. Man’s flaws, bias, prejudice, ignorance, revenge, and favoritism without any accountability are written into man’s law. Nothing stood in the way of having these and other ambitious traits. Men ruled the day and made laws following their mindset and thinking to enrich, empower, and enslave mankind to their morality and agenda.
The Founders were “lawbreakers”. The king and political class feared what they were drumming up by using God’s law and the laws of nature. These “criminals” kicked the scoundrels out of government, which was producing negative results, and replaced those seats with men of sound principles, “for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.” To create a good government by producing laws, to protect, life, liberty, and property, not crony capitalism.
These men and women fought in various forms, from sweat, blood, and tears to emotional, mental, and spiritual; it was for their generation and posterity to win the war in the hearts and minds of men from house to house (newspapers, word of mouth, and discussion with neighbors) and win the war on the battlefield in a two-pronged war of words and guns.
Why do we disrespect this national holiday by using the month and date to identify our rich inheritance and history instead of what it stands for? We should use the proper name, context, and substance: Happy Independence Day!
Words have meanings, so it’s time to change the wording to reclaim, reframe, and recreate the correct mindset to match that of the minds and wisdom of our Founding Fathers’ insights and hindsight and for sights in brainstorming ways to keep tyranny at bay by crafting the Declaration of Independence and Confederacy of the States.
Think about every other holiday. It has a name associated with it, but not for the celebration of our freedoms. It should be self-evident not to refer to it as July 4, but HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY! We should shout it out loud and be proud of this accomplishment.
Why is that?
Let us call this day by its proper name and steer clear of the suspicious, unnamed holiday. It is our Independence Day as we celebrate the insurrectionists and “criminals” that broke away from tyranny and brought us a nation of freemen (women) and the Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States of America.
I am grateful for these rebels, and we should celebrate these lawbreakers for tackling a lousy and corrupt system and replacing it with hopes, dreams, and visions for something better. If we as a people can “keep it.”
They broke the law to uphold the law. That is to say, they broke man’s law to uphold God’s law. We need to know the difference (Stage 6 vs Stage 4 see – Human Development: Kohlberg’s Morality Theory), live the difference, and understand and apply the bigger picture. There is a higher law than man’s law. God’s law unifies, while man’s laws splinter and shatter us all into tiny fragments of our own opinions to divide us to be easily be conquered by tyrants, liars, and politicians.
Why do we celebrate insurrection and disobedience?
As we continue to read, the date written down is not a typo, it mentions July 2nd and not July 4th. Does it matter? Yes and no, but as we celebrate freedom from tyranny, the date doesn’t matter as much as the substance and the vision it accomplished by handcuffing our politicians if we understand and apply the original intent and foundation of these men and women who were trying to be a buffer against Usurpers and elevate the minds of their countrymen out of man’s laws into the majesty of God’s laws.
“The Second Day of July 1776, will be the most memorable Epocha (sic), in the History of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated, by succeeding Generations, as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade, with Shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forever more. You will think me transported with Enthusiasm but I am not. I am well aware of the Toil and Blood and Treasure, that it will cost Us to maintain this Declaration, and support and defend these States. Yet through all the Gloom I can see the Rays of ravishing Light and Glory. I can see that the End is more than worth all the Means. And that Posterity will tryumph (sic) in that Days Transaction, even altho (sic) We should rue it, which I trust in God We shall not.” — John Adams
We wanted to return to our roots and reflect on the sentiment and context in which our country was born and united under the glorious causes of God, family, and country (original intent). Along with making our own choices without being under the watchful eye and suppressing the thumb of tyrants, we understand the context, application, and celebration of our rebellious genes and DNA on this Insurrection, Treasonous, Disobedient, and Independence Day from a tyrannical government to a republic.
Whether it is July 2nd, as John Adams reminds us in our history or July 4th, it could be 1776 or 2024.
The values and principles remain the same, so we revere and apply our anti-tyranny doctrine “as the Day of Deliverance by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty.”
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” — Preamble to the Declaration of Independence
It will take more than words, including flag-waving, parades, BBQs, and salutes from citizens. Suppose we are to maintain our Liberty (morality + freedom). In that case, we will need to re-read the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution, and our own Utah Constitution, along with all the documents leading up to the breakaway from England and setting the tone and pace for humanity to achieve freedom for all mankind. We need to know the reasons for the separation and divorce as they were dealing with an abusive and tyrant spouse. (Liberty or Tyranny; it’s your choice, but choose intentionally). Today, we need to educate and apply those same principles to save our country from a runaway government, deep state, and political class.
Are you dealing with the same narcissistic traits and patterns today as back then?
In the same sentiment and concept, we would echo the same affections and spirit of earning it (This Memorial Day, “Earn it”) this Independence Day. We must put in the time and labor and be vigilant to ease us from our national disease of amnesia, apathy, and indifference. By putting in the time and effort, our Founding Fathers can speak to us again about saving the republic.

If we want freedom for our children and grandchildren, we must fight for the Soul of America now, not tomorrow. We must earn it!

We must start seeing our responsibilities, obligations, and duties in upholding our freedom instead of believing others will do it for us. We need to swing the pendulum once more from tyranny to liberty.
Before 2020 and the COVID-19 scam, most Americans were asleep at the wheel and going through life regarding the blackout concerning our country’s Loyalist history (Culture War: Loyalists vs. Revolutionaries (Part 1 & Part 2)). We are now seeing a large portion of Americans starting to wake up from their overdue slumber and see through the veneer of the Revolutionaries’ collusion that has and is taking place to trap all of us.

As we understand what we are fighting for, we will also know in a generalized fashion what we are fighting against to avoid the “confusion and uncertainty” that can cover the self-appointed Revolutionary coalition shake down to take down, remold, and remake the culture into the tyrant’s utopia.
The lines have been blurred, selected, and muddied intentionally by the Revolutionary coalition and their weapons, formulated in this modern and technological era, primed and prepped for deception, misinformation, and misdirection and for a world re-feudalization agenda to be spread from the hidden and intangible to their animate finalized plan.

The answers are in plain view when we re-read the context of the Founding Fathers on why they did what they did in putting chains on corrupt men and women by binding them to and through the guiding charter of the Constitution. The power is derived by We The People, and we can take back our power.

This sounds very similar to the safeguards that the Founding Fathers wrote and placed in the Declaration of Independence:
“. . . when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

I take your overall point but… Sedition, yes. Disobedience, yes. I don’t like the framing of Treason. Those holding traditional beliefs of Founding Stock Americans who have become seditious and disobedient do so because they are **loyal to those founding principles** and The Treasonous now, once again, occupy the seats of power.
Language and framing matter. What is happening is not a temper tantrum. It comes from adherence to correct principles, is righteous, and is the correct **reaction** to treason.
