When a newly elected official takes office in government positions from city, county, state or Federal level, they swear an Oath to the United States Constitution. (1)
We have a more specific Oath that an elected, appointed or others serving in the civil service and armed services commit to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic . . . So help me God.”
We bring this topic up in regards to a State School Board Member Carol Barlow Lear. Did she publicly denounce the US Constitution in a recording talking about not being a fan of our Constitutional Republic?
What type of government does she want instead? Think about it. And she has been elected to represent our interests? Does she have anti-American ideology on her mind and in her heart? I would like to know more.
Did she swear an Oath to the US Constitution? If she took an oath, then why is she against that oath now? Did she take it fraudulently, deceptively and in a lying mater? If she did, then has she not committed perjury?

It appears the USBE leadership is okay with Utah Board member Carol Lear not adhering, caring or honoring her Oath to the Constitution and the “guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government?” Is she proudly wearing her anti-American activism? What is she advocating for?
Is the leadership turning a blind eye, while Utah Board member Natalie Cline honors her Oath to the US and Utah Constitution. Are they fixed on punishing Natalie Cline (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4 and Part 5) while turning a blind eye to the apparent and credible seditious and traitorous comments by Carol Lear?
If this is the case it is hypocritical, double standard and in my view criminal. Natalie Cline should be thanked for her efforts and the investigation needs to be centered on the anti-American activities happening in the Utah State Board of Education leadership and educational material.
We need to contact our Utah legislatures and the Utah State Board of Education and demand an investigation into the matter. If this Utah elected official has committed a perjury, then proper actions of charges and/or removal from office as soon as possible needs to happen.

That one needs to go, she is not enough like the Framers of the Constitution, she should definitely find a new Country to live.
Thank you Iron County news for standing for truth. This is extremely important that we all call our legislators and demand an investigation, especially since the board of education hasn’t been listening to us and has been ignoring us for long enough. The board of education needs to go. They have an agenda that is obviously not coming from we the people. They are set on sexualizing our children with harmful materials, racial theories and mental brainwashing causing the kids harm, and this has to stop. Everyone be sure to share this report with family and friends everywhere. Now is the time to remove these people and replace them and their failure to represent us.
