The Sovereignty of the People Set up the US Constitution to Govern the Government; Today, the Contract Has Been Violated

First, we want to connect the importance of our last article, The North Won the War by Might, But Could It Win the Argument in Court. The Union government won the war, but due to Jefferson Davis’s defense led by B.J. Sage, the Northern administration was set to lose the battle in court as Sage showed Davis and the South were in their legal, contract, and constitutional rights to secede and weren’t traitors to the United States Constitution as they followed the directions to remedy corrupt government set up by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence.

In this article, we will show the core concepts and principles of the defense of Davis and the South, which allowed them to secede due to the contract and Constitution. This was due to the corruption and violation of the contract and compact established by We the People and was sworn by those operating in government, who over time reformed, altered, changed and abolished the original intent of the Constitution.

Second, people in government, especially police and sheriff departments, are triggered when they hear the word Sovereign. Words have meaning, and unfortunately, the government and media have corrupted the word and are doing a great job of programming and conditioning public employees and public servants to fear and cringe at anyone who mentions Sovereignty. The officers and deputies focus on the word and go into officer fear-based safety mode.

Hypervigilance, a state of constantly assessing potential threats, can cause a heightened fear response. It can also cause intense emotional reactions, anxiety, and impulsive patterns of behavior. Hypervigilance can also make people hyper-responsive to anything that reminds them of an event; even specific words can trigger a conditioned response of fear. Hypervigilance can place us in the box, cloud our objectivity, and lead us in the wrong direction in life and as humanity.

Unfortunately, Sovereignty has become such a dirty, negative, and trigger word. Still, the hope is that one might push against that programming, conditioning, and cognitive dissonance by reading the source material quoted in this article and coming to a different understanding of what sovereignty means.

It is very important that we reclaim the core meaning of the word sovereignty to restore Americans’ freedoms and push against such a bad agenda and narrative. It is critical that our brothers and sisters who are police officers and sheriff deputies fight through the conditioned programming to be objective and restore freedom in our present moment and for their own families, the families, and communities they serve, and our future posterity.

We need everyone working for the government to become aware and reflect on their own cognitive dissonance, self-deception, and the negative direction our government is taking our country. Even if that means going against self-interest. If they sacrifice the future for now by way of keeping quiet to collect a paycheck or avoiding offending others. We won’t have a free country and only have the rich and poor classes in neo-feudalism, and government employees become the house slaves to the new plantation as they sell their own posterity off into slavery as subjects.

1 – “That republican sovereignty resides in, and never leaves, the people.” (1)

2 – “That, “the consent of the governed,” referred to in the declaration of independence, as the only just basis of the government, is the consent or rather will, that forms society, and institutes government. The people consented, or rather willed into into being, agencies both for their federal and their state affairs;” (1)

4 – “That, as commonwealths, they “ratified,” and thereby “ordained and established,” the constitution.” (1)

5 – “That they federally associated, in the character of sovereign commonwealths, to govern themselves, conjointly in general affairs, i.e. to act as a union of republican states, or a “republic of republics,” while each continued to govern herself in all home affairs.” (1)

“All our history is consistent with this view-especially the unanimous declaration of opinion of the convention of states of 1787, that “the united states” are the government'” and that the name “the united states” means the people as states, and not the people as a state or nation.” (1)

“Now having seen precisely where sovereign mind or will is; having, in other words, seen the body in which it dwells, and the exclusively functional character of its action, let us note how it manifests itself in our republican government.” (1)

“All people agree that sovereignty made the constitution, federal as well as state; and that this instrument provides for, directs, and controls the government, which in turn rules the persons and things subject to it, i.e. the people and their belongings. To illustrate, I will draw four horizontal lines, to represent the different grades spoke of:” (1)

Sovereignty – the will of an educated people formed the Constitution to govern the officers and guards instituted into government by way of elections or hired in other capacities.

“We see here that the people govern, and the people are governed. This necessitates, in each republican citizen, two capacities, one corporate and political, and the other personal. In the former, he is a member and an integral part of society, and therefore a part of the governing authority, and in the latter he is a subject. It is however, only as a commonwealth, that the citizens have political sovereignty, this being only predicable of an organized community.” (1)

Due to their understanding of history and the tyranny of both Kings and Popes, the people in the colonies were wiser because of the tyranny they experienced. These men and women had organized themselves as sovereignty in their communities of towns, counties, and colonies, which we will see later in the article changed to states by the Founding Fathers’ consensus when Thomas Jefferson proclaimed it in the Declaration of Independence.

Sovereign communities, in the form of Individual States, created their own constitutions to govern their combined towns and counties in the geographical area as colonies.

They took their own working knowledge and wisdom of the colonial constitutions, and they met thirteen other sovereign communities with their constitutions in hand to form a Constitution to govern the relationship between the thirteen sovereign bodies and the new federal government.

As sovereign individuals organized in their communities, they allowed themselves to be subjected to the government under the condition of the constitution they created by way of representatives of their sovereign communities. As sovereign communities, the people knew they couldn’t be everywhere at once as the selected, elected, or appointed men of character and the same morality as proxies to represent them at appointed places and times by following strict contractual guidelines.

As time has evolved and generations have passed, amnesia, ignorance, and propaganda have expounded, and over time, men and women with ill intentions and selfishness have gradual interests as tyrants to corrupt the sovereignty to forget their history to keep them ignorant and distracted with vice and consumerism.

Americans have forgotten the true source of good government as we have become distracted and reduced to the people of ignorance and vice and have not only become subjects but enslaved by the tyranny and overreaching bad government that our ancestors hoped we would be wise enough to grasp, understand, and stop in its tracks and now unless we can correct our course, we will all suffer, including our children and their children.

The creature has now become the master of the creator. In tyrannical governments, the rulers are the masters, and the people their inferiors and enslaved to those in government. The once glorious constitution is flipped and instead of governing the government by sovereign communities, the states. We see the creation now using the constitution as a weapon to govern the states and the sovereign communities and the people now are subjected to tyranny.

The usurper oligarchy has now become the government and has absolute supremacy and have corrupted the Rule of Law and now subjected it and the country to the Rule of men.

As we return to the colonizing of America, the people were enlightened and wise to the tyranny of kings and popes, as most of them had experienced firsthand the dictatorship of evil men in positions of power. As tares in the fabric of liberty and tyranny had skirmishes, their ancestors had slowly realized the divine rights of kings and popes were nothing but a front to tyranny. The colonists through wise men and women started to realize the sovereignty lay not in kings or popes, but in themselves as people as they were able to finally part the veil of religious and political monopolies held on by tyrants’ chains of ignorance, and monopolies of not allowing the truth to be distributed by outlawing the reading of the Bible by the layperson. The parting of the word of God had to be done by certified, corrupt state institutions which controlled the crown and the pope as was used as a weapon to keep the people compliant, ignorant, illiterate, and enslaved to their parasitical taxes to support their evil ways, while men and women were surfs to their lords in feudalism.

Now children needed to read to be good Protestants but also to be good citizens to free themselves from the tyranny of popes as well as kings.” — Stephen Prothero

As the King of England and Parliament started to become more tyrannical and squeeze the colonists in all of the geographical areas in the invisible boundaries claimed by England. The colonists created the Committees of Correspondence to communicate through similar means to the Pony Express, probably by today’s standards it was slow and tedious, but the Thirteen sovereign communities devised a network to know the whereabouts and plans of the enemy and to organize against any and all forms of tyranny.

These colonies developed their police force through the Committees of Safety to protect their communities. It wasn’t in the form of the corrupt English government but in the form of the sovereignty of the people working together to secure, police, and protect their communities from tyranny in the form of the English government and regulars, known as the red coats. The sovereign men and women had created a microcosm of sovereign communities forming their own local parallel governments and economies.

The idea spread throughout the Thirteen Colonies. It continued to blossom as the people organized as sovereign communities to create, grow, network, and meet as the First Continental Congress as representatives, vested, and proxies for those sovereign people in their towns and counties of their respective colonies.

As the sovereign communities, in the form of Thirteen Colonies, were being created, the War for Independence was raging. As the representatives of the sovereign communities met and tried to figure out the best course of action to proceed, a Declaration of Independence was written and declared to the world as a united people in the form of Thirteen Independent States to absolve allegiance to the crown and the State of Great Britain.

“We, therefore, the Representative of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and out to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliance, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.”Declaration of the United States

Each of the Thirteen Independent States claimed to be equal to the State of Great Britain, laying out all the acts a State could do equal to England. The Declaration declared a “firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence,” putting their hope and faith in God and pledging their lives to evolve from colonies to States and become free people, breaking away from the false traditional divine kings and popes.

The First Continental Congress wrote a constitution, the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union Between the States, governing the Thirteen Independent States and their League of Friendships as a confederacy. It was in force from March 1, 1781, until 1789, when a Constitutional Convention was held to amend the Constitution at hand, the Articles of Confederation.

Again, the people, as sovereign communities in the form of States, met to debate amending and fixing the current constitution. The Federalists wanted a stronger national government, and the Anti-Federalists stood for State Rights. As the Constitutional Convention moved forward, the old constitution was scrapped, and a new Constitution emerged, creating new departments and jurisdictions within a new government with delegated limited authority.

The new constitution had strong opponents as it passed through the creation and ratification of the state legislatures. The anti-federalists’ concern was that sooner or later, the national government would gain more control and become bigger than anticipated, to the point of destroying the Thirteen Independent States and Americans and their God-given rights.

The anti-Federalists could see the writing on the wall: sooner or later, the Government would become the Absolute Supreme. Some of the anti-Federalists would sign off on the new Constitution if it included the Bill of Rights, which prohibits and forbids the new government from trampling on the rights of Americans and the States. There were some that never signed off and laid true to their principles of sovereign communities and State Rights.

There, the sovereign will of the people as sovereign communities as states agreed to the new guidebook, playbook, and blueprints to guide the new government while submitting themselves as people as subjects to be ruled over only if the rulers were servants in a free government and kept the rules of checks and balances.

In 1776, Thomas Jefferson, in the Declaration of Independence, warned us to be vigilant and instructed us on what to do if governments became tyrannical and overstepped the people’s sovereignty.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen (Independent) united States of America:

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”Declaration of the United States

Jefferson tells us how when it is “necessary” to “dissolve the political bands” by separation through God and the Laws of Nature. We have to declare the causes.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”Declaration of the United States

In Jefferson’s original rough draft, he said “We hold these truths to be sacred & undeniable, that all men are created equal & independent, that from that equal creation they derive rights inherent & inalienable.”

One can not deny how he describes and implies sovereignty and being created with equal opportunities, not equal outcomes under the Creator.

“That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,—That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”Declaration of the United States

To secure sovereignty, self-government, and rights, governments are created by sovereign men and women in a group fashion, “consent to be governed.” When “any form of Government,” no matter what the layout of the departments, offices, or jurisdiction, “becomes destructive” by not following the constitution that the sovereign people laid out in a blueprint and framework. The sovereign people even laid out an addendum in the Bill of Rights, telling the government they were prohibited from going after key rights, which are packed in the first Ten Amendments.

If the government goes out of the guidelines and no longer stays within the lines and boundaries set forth in the strict limits and enumerated powers, the sovereign people have the right to relinquish being conditional subjects and retain their vested and entrusted powers to tell those oath breakers that the deal was off, now retained the power “to alter or abolish” the government and fix the issues by creating a new constitution or firing and hiring new officers to be seated in the current seats of government.

It is our right as sovereignty – the people to fire the government employees. The problem is how the masters now have the levers of force, such as the police and military, and will not go willingly out the door. They start to gaslight and use the arm of government to go after the true masters of government and have the audacity to call their sovereigns terrorists. They are in love, intoxicated, and addicted to power and tyranny that they will kill to stay in power rather than calmly, respectfully, and dutifully relinquish the vested and proxy power to the rightful heirs and owners.

“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.” Declaration of the United States

We are more apt to suffer small evils due to tradition, the ease of life, and the vices we have been corrupted to accept to bribe us out of our sovereignty and lull us into apathy, indifference, and sleep.

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.—Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.” Declaration of the United States

We need to understand what the long train of abuses and usurpations are, as the government employees, knowingly or ignorant, are part of the “design to reduce” the sovereign people as surfs in “absolute Despotism.”

Jefferson not only says a second time that it is our right but affirms it by telling Americans the sovereignty and the ones with true power that lent government officials the power to act in our names only if they keep the rules; it is our duty to throw the government out and “provide new Guards” for our future security.

“The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”Declaration of the United States

Fast-forward to the 1860s, to the American War Between the States, or the Civil War. There were two views and interpretations of the Constitution. The North, with Lincoln, believed the Union could not be broken. The South believed the people, as sovereign, had the power to break away from the Union by way of the creators of the creature; the government could withdraw their consent and provide new guards as the train of abuses was bubbling up and manifesting itself to the States. The South was doing what they had a right to do and honored their duty to the Declaration of Independence.

I see it as a marriage and union. If one party wants out, then a person can not hold a gun up to their head and tell them they have to stay in the marriage, or they would use force. The States had the right to pull out of the union if the Federal government was not living by the strict guidelines in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

As the war with armament won the day by the North, it seems they were afraid they didn’t have a case in the courts though.

The North may have lived by the motto, might makes right, but when said and done they were afraid the courts would have favored in the South’s favor on being able to succeed due to the sovereignty of the people withdrawing consent.

As we move to present-day evolution and momentum, we can say we have now morphed into an oligarchical statist Corporatist government, where the states are now administrative units of the National government. The counties and cities are also administrative districts.

The oligarchs rule over Americans and have corrupted, circumvented, and even destroyed the Constitution, which is supposed to control and guide the government. Through fraud and dishonesty, they have changed the construction and government from the original use and meaning to being erroneously or debated. The government employees and servants are either perpetuating this facade and lying to the American sovereign people by way of omission or commission. Either way, they are violating the contract and are liable for damages done to We The People as both sovereignty, sovereign communities, and as subjects.

It is time for the people, the sovereigns, to take power back and kick the oligarchical statists corporatocracy out of government seats and replace them with people who are willing to be the servants and honor their oaths to correct principles of honoring jurisdiction and enumerated powers.

The current usurpers will call it insurrection, but it is fulfilling our right and obligation to remove those who are ignorant or willful in destroying our sovereignty as people who formed communities to erect a constitution for our government to follow.

When they are not following it, it is our right and duty to take back our vested powers and get back on track by following the playbook and framework found in the Constitution.

We must question and distrust the government until we are able to get it back on track.

These frauds, liars, and thieves have taken over the government and are in charge of the police powers, which include the local, state, or federal, and control the law-making powers as well. If usurpers have passed any laws as frauds, liars, and thieves, are the We The People as sovereigns and subjects expected to obey these unconstitutional laws, as Rule of Men vs Rule of Law due to not staying within the framework and not serving We The People but the oligarchs?

Of course, those in power and most lawyers and attorneys will say yes, but they have violated the contract. In Jefferson Davis’s case, this information was at the core of his defense. Washington D.C. and its mighty club of attorneys knew then and now that the system was corrupt, and the courts should rule against the current administrators of the US Constitution.

We must question the Public Schooling System and realize it is controlled by the usurpers who call it education.

In fact, it is propaganda, and it is only destroying the next generation by dumbing us down and not teaching critical thinking or truth anymore. This is being done by design to keep us ignorant and compliant to the oligarchy masters.

They have corrupted the military (military-industrial complex) and money (Federal Reserve) institutions.

Americans can no longer in good conscious support or trust the police, laws, military, financial, or educational institutions, who no longer support or serve the interests of the sovereignty of We The People, but are serving the agenda and interests of the Oligarchy statist corporatists to dumb down and target Americans as enemies of the state in the class and culture warfare to enslave the majority of Americans and stand-by and do nothing, but take a blind eye due to financial gain in the form of a paycheck and insurance, while Americans are suffering and being enslaved.

Until people in government educate themselves and honor the Oath of the Original Constitution at all levels, it is self-evident that they are the enemy of the people (and dare say God), as they have not kept and honored their oath intentionally or through apathy, indifference, ignorance, negligence, or willfulness.

We need to do reverse engineering and osmosis. We need to concentrate on self-mastery and discipline of ourselves to remove distractions, vice, and ignorance; then work on our families and then our communities.

As we work on our communities, it is time to bring the Committees of Correspondence and Safety, where we create our own parallel sovereignty government that follows the set guidelines and framework as we copy and paste what the Sons of Liberty and Sam Adams were able to accomplish in Boston as liberty and freedom was like a wildfire as it took off in other communities until everyone in each state wakes up and decides to kick the current government out of power due to contract violations.

This is not a left vs right problem. It is a right vs wrong issue. It is Americans vs. the want-to-be-ruling elites who want to make the work a feudal system once again, where 90 percent of the people as surfs and cattle to be abused and exterminated for their tyrannical impulses, whims, and dictates.

Since the usurpers are not following the guidelines, We The People, need to be objective, ignore, and nullify the laws of men as they do not follow the Constitution, which is the Supreme Law of the Land. It is our right and duty to make it right for our modern-day subjects and future posterity as the Supreme jurors and judges as the sovereigns.
