Call to Action: Educated Political Operatives Needed!

Steven Montgomery is a happily married seventy-year-old father of four (2 natural sons, 1 stepson, 1 stepdaughter) and is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Born and mostly raised in Vernal Utah, I started my career in 1971 in the building trade with my three brothers. We built everything from Pole Barns, Siding, Windows, Roofing, Steel Buildings and more. Due to a bad back and other injuries I decided to finally complete a degree. In 1989 I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in political science/history and a secondary education certification from Southern Utah State College (now Southern Utah University). I have been involved in politics for almost fifty years and has written prolifically about government, the Constitution, and threats to America’s freedom. He has also been elected a county, state, and national delegate in party politics, and has been a candidate for political office or party office on a number of occasions, including a bid for the state legislature and the U.S. Congress. My interest in politics began in 1975 when I attended a seminar sponsored by the Freeman Institute, now known as the National Center for Constitutional Studies. That seminar ignited a passion within me to learn everything I could about freedom, the Constitution and its principles. I served as director of research for Constitutional Principles Policy Council (CPPC), now defunct. I was the Senior Editor/Writer of The Constitutional Banner Newsletter, an educational newsletter that explored the substance, meaning, and basic provisions of the Constitution. I also wrote for LDSFreemen.com (now defunct), runs the site, the "Perfect Law of Liberty," and wrote articles for several years at Newsmax. In addition to his B.S., Steven is a certified paralegal and as mentioned above I used my secondary education certification to teach American National Government, U.S. History, and Political Economy for several years at a private high school in Utah.
