The Hidden Web: How Wall Street, the CIA, Saudi Arabia, the USSR, China, and Israel Are Financially Connected in a Global Strategy of Control

Introduction: The Illusion of Opposition

In public discourse, we are trained to see nation-states and ideologies as fundamentally at odds — capitalism vs. communism, Islamic theocracy vs. Western secularism, Israeli democracy vs. Arab despotism. But when one applies the investigative method of “follow the money,” these surface-level divisions begin to unravel. What emerges instead is a web of financial entanglements, strategic manipulations, and covert alliances orchestrated not by nations per se, but by transnational elite networks that operate above the level of elected governments.

This is the story of how Wall Street, the CIA, Saudi Arabia, the USSR, China, and Israel—seemingly disparate players—are all threads in a larger tapestry of global control.

Wall Street: The Financial Nerve Center

  • Wall Street has long been the heart of global capital flows. Major families and firms—like the Rockefellers, J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs—have funded both sides of wars, revolutions, and ideological movements.
  • During the Bolshevik Revolution, financiers like Jacob Schiff (Kuhn, Loeb & Co.) funneled millions into the Soviet effort.
  • The USSR’s early industrial infrastructure (including the GAZ factories and oil processing plants) was built with American capital, despite ideological differences.

Why? Because controlling both capitalism and communism allows central bankers and globalists to ensure that no truly independent or sovereign system arises outside their reach.

The CIA: The Enforcer and Engineer

  • The CIA, since its inception, has acted as the enforcement arm of financial and corporate interests under the guise of national security.
  • Operation Cyclone (1979–1989) saw the CIA funnel billions of dollars to arm and train radical Islamic fighters—mujahedeen—including a young Osama bin Laden—in Afghanistan to fight the Soviets.
  • These fighters would later become al-Qaeda, with ties to both U.S. funding and Saudi religious ideology.

The CIA’s covert actions aligned with elite financial objectives, destabilizing nations, overthrowing governments (Iran 1953, Chile 1973), and ensuring corporate and banking access to resources and markets.

Saudi Arabia: Oil Wealth and Wahhabism as Tools of Control

  • Saudi Arabia’s petrodollar agreement (1974) with the U.S. ensured global oil would be traded in U.S. dollars—propping up Wall Street and U.S. debt financing.
  • In exchange, the U.S. provided military protection and helped export Saudi Arabia’s strict, extremist Wahhabi Islam.
  • Billions in Saudi funding went to radicalize mosques, schools, and movements across the Muslim world—including in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Europe.

Saudi elites act as regional partners in destabilization, working with the CIA and Mossad (often indirectly) to contain threats, weaken pan-Arab nationalism, and isolate Iran.

The USSR and China: Controlled Opposition

  • While publicly enemies, the Soviet Union and Maoist China both received financial and technological support from Western financiers. For instance:
    • Anthony Sutton documented how U.S. corporations helped build Soviet military-industrial capacity.
    • Nixon and Kissinger’s 1972 visit to China opened the floodgates to U.S.-China cooperation. By the 1990s, China became the cheap labor engine for Western capitalism.
  • These partnerships were not ideological betrayals—they were strategic plays to spread control through debt, trade dependency, and resource access.

The elite global plan was never to destroy communism but to use it as a tool to centralize power, weaken traditional religions, and merge world systems under elite-approved governance models.

Israel: The “Unsinkable Aircraft Carrier” and Control Node

  • Israel receives more U.S. aid than any other country—not only military but intelligence, R&D, and technology transfers.
  • It acts as a military forward base for U.S. empire in the Middle East and is deeply connected to Western surveillance and cyber industries (e.g., NSO Group, Unit 8200 alumni).
  • Israel has covert alliances with Saudi Arabia, especially post-Arab Spring and in opposition to Iran.
  • Israeli elites are also linked to Wall Street, with key banking, lobbying, and intelligence crossover.

Despite appearing isolated or threatened, Israel is firmly embedded in the same elite networks—sometimes used as a moral shield (e.g., the “defense of democracy” slogan) to justify U.S. wars, including Iraq and potentially Iran.

Radical Islam and Communism: Two Sides of the Same Coin

  • Radical Islam, especially in the form spread by the CIA and Saudi Arabia (e.g., al-Qaeda, ISIS), was engineered as a reactionary force to justify endless war and surveillance.
  • Communism, supported through Wall Street and Western capital, helped destroy traditional values, religion, and family structures in many countries—just as radical Islam does through violence and fear.
  • Both ideologies centralize power, eliminate local sovereignty, and create fear-based dependency on global authorities (e.g., UN, IMF, NATO).

This strategic dichotomy—manufactured opposition—serves the larger goal: dismantling existing structures and offering elite governance as the only solution to global chaos.

Shared Outcomes and Benefits

  • War profiteering from defense contractors, oil, and reconstruction (e.g., Halliburton, Lockheed, BlackRock post-conflict investments).
  • Debt enslavement of nations through IMF loans, World Bank programs, and Chinese Belt and Road initiatives.
  • Social engineering through controlled crises (e.g., terrorism, economic collapse, pandemics) to justify surveillance, censorship, and loss of sovereignty.
  • Energy manipulation, via OPEC, wars (Iraq, Syria), and renewable investments.
  • Migration flows weaponized to destabilize Europe and North America culturally and politically.

Conclusion: The Real Battle Is Not Left vs. Right, East vs. West, or Islam vs. Judeo-Christianity

It is centralized elite control vs. decentralized human freedom.

From Moscow to Mecca, Beijing to Tel Aviv, Washington to Riyadh, the fingerprints of global finance, intelligence coordination, and deep state manipulation are unmistakable.

Until the world awakens to this false dialectic—where enemies are created, funded, and sustained by the same banking and intelligence interests—we will continue fighting the wrong wars, blaming the wrong enemies, and surrendering our freedoms.

The time has come to follow the money, expose the networks, and build alliances rooted not in identity or ideology—but in truth, sovereignty, and moral courage.
